Whether you’re brand new to yoga, navigating trauma or stress, or simply craving more individualized attention, private sessions allow us to move at YOUR pace and focus on what matters most to YOU.
Together, we’ll co-create a supportive space that caters to your goals, needs, and comfort level. Each session can include mindful movement, breathwork, interoception practices, or stillness - depending on your wants and needs. Every new client will receive a free 15 minute consultation where we will plan out your personalized yoga journey.
