This 10-week journey is designed to gently support those healing from trauma through the practice of trauma-informed yoga. Rooted in safety, choice and empowerment, each session offers a compassionate space where participants can reconnect with their bodies, cultivate self awareness, and explore healing at their own pace.
Through breath-work, mindful movement, and guided relaxation you'll be invited to build resilience, regulate your nervous system and develop tools for lasting inner stability. No prior yoga experience is necessary - this program honors your individual needs to encourage a sense of of agency in every practice.
