This private 10-week program is designed for individuals who are ready to gently reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and explore healing through mindful movement, breath and choice. Rooted in trauma-informed yoga and somatic awareness, each session offers a safe, steady space to explore what it feels like to come home to yourself.
Whats Included:
Complimentary Intake Consultation
A 30-40 minute call to get to know you, your history (only at the level you are comfortable sharing) and the specific challenges or sensations you are hoping to shift. This will help me create a plan that supports your needs without ever asking you to revisit the details of your trauma.
10 Weeks of Personalized 1:1 Sessions
One 75 minute session each week, intentionally structured to support safety, embodiment and nervous system regulation at a pace that feels right for you.
A Weekly Healing Focus
Each session highlights one component of trauma-informed healing - such as choice & agency, grounding & safety, interoception & body awareness. Sequences are beginner friendly, slow, and adaptable.
Trauma-Informed Approach at Every Step
Expect invitational language, consent based touched (if any), predictable structure, and plenty of space to pause, reflect and make choices that support your healing.
